Jumi grounding exercises help you to establish a calm, clear and connected state.
In this video Jevon Dangeli shows the front version – useful for balancing the body’s chakra energy centres and promoting energy flow throughout the meridians of the body, while aligning with the frequency of Earth.
All jumi exercises involve cyclical breathing – inhaling through the nose for all closing movements and exhaling slowly from the mouth for all opening movements. There is no holding of breath or posture, rather a constant flow of movements lead by cyclical breathing – embodying the natural rhythm of life.
To extend this grounding exercise it can be done before or after a jumi ground sequence.
