Awarenessing yin yang

The awarenessing yin yang exercise helps to balance your yin (feminine) and yang (masculine) energies, while promoting awareness of the space (energy field) that connects you to everything in life!

This exercise is also useful to alleviate the symptoms of excessive screen time (tunnel awareness) through regaining ‘elasticity’ in your consciousness and reopening the ‘aperture’ of your awareness.

Jumi exercises help you to establish a calm, clear and connected state.

All jumi exercises involve cyclical breathing – inhaling through the nose for all closing movements and exhaling slowly from the mouth for all opening movements. There is no holding of breath or posture, rather a constant flow of movements lead by cyclical breathing – embodying the natural rhythm of life.
