Jumi grounding exercises help you to establish a calm, clear and connected state.
In this video Jevon Dangeli shows the back version, which is useful to alleviate the symptoms of excessive screen time (tunnel awareness) through regaining ‘elasticity’ in your consciousness and reopening the ‘aperture’ of your awareness.
This grounding exercise may also aid balancing the body’s chakra energy centres and promote energy flow throughout the meridians of the body, while aligning with the frequency of Earth.
All jumi exercises involve cyclical breathing – inhaling through the nose for all closing movements and exhaling slowly from the mouth for all opening movements. There is no holding of breath or posture, rather a constant flow of movements lead by cyclical breathing – embodying the natural rhythm of life.
To extend this grounding exercise it can be done before or after a jumi ground sequence.
