simple jumi ground sequence

In this video Jevon Dangeli demonstrates the simple jumi ground sequence.

The simple jumi ground sequence is for people with impaired physical mobility and those with health challenges (for whom the other jumi sequences might be too strenuous).

Jumi ground sequences involve flowing movements in conjunction with conscious breathing while on the ground – lying on the back and stomach, as well as being on hands and knees.

All jumi sequences involve cyclical breathing – inhaling through the nose for all inward movements and exhaling slowly from the mouth for all outward movements. There is no holding of breath or posture, rather a constant flow of movements lead by cyclical breathing – embodying the natural flow of life.
