Jumi sequences involve sets of flowing movements in conjunction with conscious breathing.
Together with the jumi meditations and conscious breathing techniques, jumi sequences are the fundamental jumi practice – from which the other jumi skills, e.g. “awarnessing“, stress reduction, emotion regulation, performance enhancement and empathy development have been derived.
The jumi sequences resemble a combination of qigong and yoga. There are various levels, as indicated in the sequence titles below. It is recommended to start with the simple or beginner sequences and then progress slowly to the higher levels and combination sequences over time.
